Virtual Reality Experience

Mesmerise’s Forest of Resilience experience is a part of Psychologist Dr Anna Rowley’s resilience workshop. It is designed to help activate everyday resilience by showing how to be fully present and exploring the relationship with ourselves.

 

The Forest of Resilience experience presents four stages of being resilient and consists of exercises such as Forest Bathing, Breath Work, Body Scan and Leaves on A Tree.

 

Based on the story of a growing tree, the real-life workshop content and exercises are adapted to the immersive environment to explore the possibilities of VR on activating resilience.
