Executive Team
The Future Impact Summit Executive Team represents a unique collaboration between LSESU Student Societies and Alumni in creating an innovative Tech and Social Sciences event.

Summit Co-Founder
Kenneth Damien
Ken is the Chair of the LSE Alumni Association London, the officially recognised LSE alumni group for the city of London. Ken has held positions as a technology lawyer at BlackRock, Google and Softbank. Through the Future Impact Summit, Ken hopes to provide opportunities to the entire LSE community, including alumni and students, to engage in developing positive, data-driven solutions for the betterment of society.

Alex O'Connor
Alex is a final year student at LSE. He founded Future Impact Society and co-founded The Future Impact Summit to help students understand and tackle the most pressing challenges facing our world. Alex has worked at Citi, AENU, Satgana and various climate-tech start-ups. He is also the co-founder of AlgaNova, a bio-tech start-up, and InClimate, a climate education Non-profit.

Luise-Henriette Perlitt
In light of her interests in technology and innovation, Luise is studying Information System Management and Digital Innovation at LSE. Luise has worked at Moss (FinTech), SAP and Deloitte, and has published a paper at the International Conference on Information Systems 2020.

Bardia Bijani
Bardia is the Managing Partner at FuzeQube Group – a portfolio ecosystem that builds and invests in ventures with meaningful innovation and sustainable change at their core. With extensive venture building experience and earlier academic background in data science and digital ethics, he attends the MSc Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation at LSE.

LSESU Future Impact President
Fleur Léa Hauter
Fleur is a final year Psychological and Behavioural Sciences student. She hopes that Future Impact can engage students in solving the world's pressing issues and motivate them to be part of a positive change. She has worked in healthcare tech and government organizations, and has a lot of experience volunteering in refugee camps and NGOs around the world.

Toby Wong
Toby is a second year studying BSc Management. His mission is to help students learn how entrepreneurship can be used a vehicle for positive change. He is deeply passionate about future challenges, such as the future of information, the growing role of AI in daily life, and more.

The Future Impact Summit Advisory Board combines competencies across public-private partnerships, impact investing and technology regulation.

Bilal Baloch
Bilal is the Co-Founder and COO of Enquire AI. Bilal has previously served as a Regional Director at the Lauder Institute, Wharton School and as an Associate at Macro Advisory Partners. His articles have appeared in outlets including The Guardian and The Washington Post and his book on government decision-making is out with Cambridge University Press.

Einstein Ntim
Einstein is the CEO of the Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE) pioneering the largest online accelerator for startups. In addition, Einstein is also a Partner at the Africa Future Fund, a $20million fund investing in tech initiatives across Africa and the Diaspora that leverages advanced technologies to leapfrog Africa’s Future.
